The benefits of personal development are endless. I really mean that when I say it. The longer I practice personal development, more and more benefits are revealed to me.

These benefits and possibilities are only shown to you when you are ready for them. When you are in a place of acceptance and growth.

So in Episode 8 of Kickass Every Day I share with you 8 of my favorite benefits and possibilities of using personal development. 8 for 8!

The goal for this show is to get you excited about these benefits and to show you why I believe it is God’s ultimate guidance system for us to use.

“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.” — Will Durant

You will also hear me talk about the following :

  • • How I got started with personal development.
    • My favorite definition of personal development.
    • My top 8 favorite benefits and possibilities of PD.
    • God’s ultimate guidance system- what to use it for.

I hope this show reaches your spirit and lets you know that you are on the right track in life when you use personal development. I encourage you to always strive for your best and reach for the stars. When you do this, how could you possibly have any regrets when your story on Earth comes to a close?

Bible Verses Mentioning Personal Development Principles:

Here are a few Bible verses from the New Testament that mention some of the principles of personal development. Thank you to Jack Kelley from the Grace Thru Faith website for sharing this.

Give and it will be given to you. A good measure pressed down shaken together and running over will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use it will be measured to you (Luke 6:38).

Change your attitude (Ephe. 4:23),

practice Positive Thinking (Phil 4:8-9),

discover the Power of Personal Goals (Phil 3:13-14),

the Power of Visualization (2 Cor 4:17-18)

and Affirmation or Self Talk (Phil 4:4 and 13).

Rejoice in Me always. Be fearful of nothing, pray about everything, and be thankful for anything, and I’ll give you peace that transcends human understanding. (Phil 4:4-7).

You’ll be made rich in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion (2 Cor 9:11).

And when you are, remember Who it was that gave you the ability to attain wealth (Deut. 8:18).
