Episode 22 is all about using the power of moderation to achieve a healthy balance with exercise and eating right. About avoiding the extremes and remaining centered when it comes to our physical and mental health.

The very first time I heard the phrase “everything in moderation” was from my grandmother- Anna Wahlers. She would say that to me quite often and I really do my best to live by that in everything I do.

So the goal of this episode is to highlight the importance of not overdoing things, especially where our health is concerned. How staying a steady course long-term is the most effective way to maintain our bodies.

“Try to always live a balanced life. Don’t deprive yourself, but don’t overindulge: don’t be lazy, but learn that it’s ok to relax; challenge yourself, but don’t be afraid to be silly and let loose.”

-Alex and Ani
