In Episode 30. Yes 30!! We dive into meditation and all of its many benefits. I have talked about meditation before in passing, but this episode puts the spotlight on it. I love it, use it and swear by it because of the many benefits it has provided me over the years.

So the goal of this episode is to show you how meditation not only is the perfect companion for personal development but also can bring some incredible benefits to your life.

There is no right or wrong way to meditate and there is a style out there for everyone. The best way to get started is to just try out a few and to see what works for you. I have listed a few good resources below for you to check out.
