Episode 36 is all about using the powerful emotion of love each and every day when we are engaging with our fellow human spirits. How approaching everything with a loving attitude becomes easier and easier the more you practice it.

So instead of a goal this week we are going to set an intention, the intention is to use the line from my opening- together we will use our combined energy to put out positive vibes and make a difference in our world, to use that line to form a wave of the most powerful emotion there is- love. To send that energy out into the world.

This has been on my topic list from way back in February and is one of the original 20 that I came up with. I decided that because of all the turmoil being felt everywhere and the division that is occurring and with this being Election Day, approaching everything with a loving attitude is needed more than ever. Love is powerful enough to overcome anything including political strife 😊

“Love as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.”

-Mahatma Ghandi

We will talk about :

– The power of love
– Why love is so powerful and beats hate everytime
– Your emotional guidance scale
– How personal development plays an important role
– A few ways to help you practice a loving attitude

Approaching everything with a loving attitude isn’t easy, but anything worthwhile doing in life usually isn’t! It all starts with how you treat yourself. Loving and respecting your self first allows you to then freely give that love and respect to others. At our very core we are always love. That well is never dry and we have an infinite source to draw from- God.

Please make sure to subscribe in Apple Podcasts or the player of your choice if you haven’t already so you never miss out on the fun. Have you found some ways to have a loving attitude with others? Please share them below. Learning from each other is the best way to learn. Together we will be the changes and differences we want to see in the world. If you think someone else could benefit from learning about personal development, feel free to share this with them. I look forward to connecting with you next week!

Don’t forget to check out this week’s episode of Kickass Every Day TV. We will be talking about emotional intelligence. What it is and how you can improve yours.

Till next time-
