All to often having trust in ourselves is a challenge- which is crazy when you think about. After-all nobody knows you better than you do!

“As soon as you trust yourself, you will know how to live.”

Norman Vincent Peale once said “Believe in yourself and have faith in your abilities! Without humble but reasonable confidence in your own powers, you cannot be successful or happy.” He is absolutely correct. Even I have to remind myself regularly that I hold all the answers already within me. That I have the power to move through whatever obstacles show up along my path. That trusting in myself is empowering.
