Episode 69 explores the idea and benefits of reinventing yourself. When you reinvent something you change that thing so much that it appears entirely new. The important word there is- appears. When you reinvent yourself, you simply transform into a better version of you. At your very core, you are still you. Your spirit is still as strong and as beautifully perfect as ever. But your outer being is what changes, it’s what people notice.

Sometimes those changes start from the inside and sometimes they are all about the outside. Either way, they reflect the personal growth that has occurred. For me, I find that winter is the perfect time to reinvent myself. I get a chance to hibernate if you will. Spend time at home and work on me. So that when spring rolls around I am ready to reemerge with a renewed energy and outlook.

“People who cannot invent and reinvent themselves must be content with borrowed postures, secondhand ideas, fitting in instead of standing out.”

– Warren Bennis

So the goal of this episode is to show you how easy it is to reinvent yourself and the benefits of doing so.
