Episode 73 dives into the topic of self-awareness. I have been working on this episode for a while, gathering ideas, doing other shows leading up to this one, and reflecting on my own experience with this topic. Self-awareness encompasses so many things that it’s important to give as full a picture as I possibly can.

By consistently practicing personal development, with the word being consistent, you will naturally be able to improve and raise your self-awareness. To be clear self-awareness is a balance between internal and external self-awareness. For me, it always comes back to feeling. How do I feel and how do I think others would feel.

“By becoming self-aware, you gain ownership of reality; in becoming real, you become the master of both inner and outer life.”

– Deepak Chopra

So the goal for this episode is to highlight one of the best benefits you will get when studying and practicing personal development.

In this episode we will talk about:

– The differences between internal and external self-awareness
– Some benefits of improving your self-awareness
– A few personal examples of how I have used this in my own life
– Some ways to improve your self-awareness

Self-awareness like personal development is a journey. When you approach it with an open mind and understand that it will never be complete and never be perfect, you will enjoy it that much more. It’s exciting to see the changes in yourself and how much you are able to influence your life in a positive way.
